Negative: -اخر يوم من الاقامة تعطلت بعض افياش الكهرباء وبعض الانارات.
-يوجد تهريب في هوز الحمام (الشطاف ).
- الموظف المسؤول عن الشقة أحياناً يقرأ رسائل الواتس اب ويتجاهلها.
-بالمشي بعيد عن دبي مول اكثر من عشر دقايق وماينفع بالجو الحار.
-مكيف الغرفة غير بارد عكس مكيف الصالة.
- الانتظار عند المصاعد طويل

Awesome view with nice stay option.
